Professional Development: A Core Element of Quality Assurance

Having good quality teachers is definitely fundamental to the success all educational institutions. Based on this premise, this workshop aims to explore the significance of professional development (PD) for quality assurance in language programs. The workshop will offer a variety of hands-on activities on how to design a PD program focusing on the steps to be followed and the factors to be considered as well as some tips and examples for responding to the PD related standards for accreditation purposes.
