Ensuring a Successful Site Inspection: Easier Said than Done

In this talk I will present information about the site visit requirements based on the lived experiences of an Eaquals accredited member institution. I will present a tool to use prior to the site visit to understand the situational factors, both internal and external, favourable and unfavourable and to propose solutions for the problems driven from the findings. Participants will have an opportunity to briefly self-assess their own situational contexts, identify threats and discuss possible helpful tips to tackle potential problems. By the end of the session, prospective applicants will have gained confidence in planning ahead for a site visit.
